I bought an anniversary band here for my wife's wedding ring. 2 weeks after waiting for a resize we had to resize it again and this time a stone was missing. We waited another 3 weeks and received it back. Right size but stone never replaced even though it was on the work order. Although the staff is somewhat friendly, keep moving....

Worst experience ever! Especifically this location, Kay Jewelers have the prettiest bridal sets, so I fell in love with them. Decided to purchase ,with no second thoughts. Never did I imagine that their customer service representatives were so rude and extremely unprofessional! Im so upset , I will even write a letter to corporate complaining about this location!

I brought my wedding ring here to be reshaped and resized. After the jeweler had the ring for approx 3 weeks I was told that 2 to 3 diamonds MIGHT fracture during the process and it would cost an additional $225 to 're-make' these diamonds to fit in the setting. I decided to just get my ring back and get a 2nd opinion since when I took the ring in all the diamonds were perfect they said. Another 2 weeks went by before I actually got the ok to pick up my ring and when I did two diamond were now fractured and my ring was now more round instead of flat on the bottom...Of course they insisted they didn't touch the ring and wouldn't give me the copy of the receipt showing what they said the condition was on intake but avoid these people if you value your jewelry because now my 14 year wedding ring is now ruined and these people could care less. Believe me they don't care, it's just a job for them.
