The company is very good at selling their manufactured home products and for one year after your purchase very good at sending factory reps or contracted help to address issues you may find or have. Before any major purchase make sure to check out who this companies set-up contractors are and will be after for placement , hookups, and any issues that arise of your manufactured home purchase.  Contractors Board of Oregon can be contacted for licensing, permits, etc. issues with any complaints prior to your purchase. I have found all my issues after the year was up minor or major issues can only be handled and very troublesome at that by the manufacturer of any product used or associated with the building of my home purchase. Buyer Beware is my advice!
