Came in with my husband, having drove from Grants Pass recently to discuss having a trailer built for our horses. Was not impressed by their operation. There was one woman in the office, and she didn't greet me nor my husband as we walked in for several minutes, and when we finally spoke to her it was clear she was just a number cruncher. 

We were told to wait while she goes to get one of the owners sons? Brother? 

Ten minutes later, after standing by ourselves in the front room a man arrives. Was not very friendly, seemed to be irritated almost that we wanted to discuss the practice of giving them money for a trailer! 

We left in distaste and an unfruitful conversation. 
Upon coming here to post a review I see a name that's familiar, upon investigation I believe it to be one of the owners sons trying to raise the ratings. 

Its interesting to see only five reviews, all five stars, knowing that it takes five reviews for the ratings to even show up on google search. Seems a little fishy to me. Will not be shopping Great Northern that's for sure.

I had a Great Northern Trailer for 10 years without any issues. Sold it and bought another Great Northern Trailer with a dump bed. Great workmanship and they stand behind their trailers. Great people and locally owned in Sutherlin Oregon. If you want the best buy a Great Northern Trailer.

I bought a landscape trailer from Great Northern and had a problem that wasn't your typical problem. My trailer had some frame issues. I called the dealer and got put in touch with Jack the owner of Great Northern. He wanted to put it on the truck that was in town and take it back to the factory in Oregon. With me in my busy season and really needing my trailer, I didn't have the week to wait.I needed the trailer to carry all my gear for fall. Through talking with Jack and being ready to eat my warranty he agreed to split the repair with me! There can never be perfection. Once in a while something unexpected happens and you need to roll with the punches. I believe that under the circumstances Jack and I did the best thing and got me back in business as quickly as possible by letting a reputable shop in town do the repair! 
This company proudly stands behind what they build!

What an honor to meet and have a trailer built by the Trowbridge Family.  Great service and a fantastic trailer that surpassed my expectations. 
Easy to use , Built to last & rides great on the road !  We love the custom color and the high end paint job !  Kudus !
