Great experience purchasing a new car. We had previously used the service department and were pleased with the quality of service.  When we went to buy a car, Sara Walters helped us to find the best car to meet our needs.  Troy Young was also most helpful in helping us to acquire our new Accord on the terms that met our requirements.  The Honda offer of 0.9% for 5 years combined with the high quality of customer service at Crown Honda was the big difference between us buying an Accord and a Camry. Once again my  experience at Crown Honda was excellent. Michele Dessert treated me so warmly and respectfully. Jeffrey, the mechanic was again very careful to explain all that needed doing and the costs involved. He went above and beyond to help keep my older car operate at its best. I'm very grateful for this place.

After an extensive search for a new-to-me car, a search I anticipated being a few weeks but turned into a few months, I finally found the car I wanted online at this Crown Honda dealership. When I called, Sara Walters answered the phone, her knowledge of the car I was calling about, similar cars, and flexibility with meeting me due to transportation issues was exceptional. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by other friendly employees and helped until Sara came from her office. I had my son (5 years) with me and there was a little play area I felt comfortable turning my back and they had the cutest in-house cat named Oliver that my son loved! I was able to test drive my car and Sara took me where I could test back roads and highways. I decided to purchase this car and also received a great warranty and a great deal as the financial person (I forgot his name) shopped around for the lowest interest but most inclusive packages! I truly had an amazing experience buying my first car from a dealership and would highly, highly recommend Crown Honda to anybody looking!

I recently bought my first new car here and I am in love with it! My salesman, Anthony Lugo, was very nice and made the buying process very smooth and I believe I paid a fair price for the vehicle. I did have a few issues that I noticed a couple of days after my purchase, but thankfully my salesman and the manager were able to resolve these issues without hesitation. I feel that this sales team really cares about their customers since they went above and beyond my expectations with fixing the problems I had and they really want their customers to be happy with their purchase (which I am!).

Also, the service department has always been great. I brought my last car here for the past 5 years for maintenance and I always felt they were honest and knowledgeable. The shuttle service is usually quick if you want to be dropped off or picked up,  and having a separate computer room in the waiting area lets me work in privacy while waiting for the car to be done.

Rick Matthews at crown Honda was so very helpful and professional. He was able to get my daughter into a 2012 Hyundai with no down payment or trade in for 312.00 a month. It was a feat of brilliance and we will be back when we need another car in our family. Thank you Rick for all your help.
