Mark Tillman was invaluable throughout the entire process of ordering, tracking and ultimately personally delivering my vehicle to Sarasota.  Since this was a 6 month process, I never once felt that I was put on a "back burner" at any time during this period. I was immediately notified as the car went thru the "build" process and was given the ability to track my vehicle from the time it left England until it arrived in the USA. Within days of arriving at the dealership, it was fully prepped and on its way to me. Truly a first class operation from start to finish.

The service department, especially Scott McDonald, at Aston Martin Tampa Bay are exceptional.  He explained what service was needed and why.  When the car was ready, we were notified.  Scott explained was was done and the fees associated with the work.  The car was returned to us spotlessly clean.  Great job!
