I was a first time home buyer...New to the all of stress, chaos, and honey-do lists that come with such a venture. I was told the first thing I needed to do was get the locks changed. Oh great I thought, well here we go. I went with Crown Locksmith because of a similar great experience other folks were reporting. I am so glad I did. As soon as I called, I got an appointment lined up just when I wanted. It's almost as if they were saving that time for me and waiting for my call. They were honest with their super reasonable rates up front and did not hide anything. They were prompt and timely to the appointment we set. During the entire process they were patient, and did not mind that I was following them around like a 5 year old asking so many why this and why that questions. When I was missing a piece of hardware that the past home owner's didn't take care of, they gave me one of the spares they had in the truck for free. At the end of it all, this service gave me hope for how the rest of the home ownership would go and set the standard for everything else that, unfortunately, fell far short. 100% Satisfied Permanent Customer.

We had just bought a new house and needed to get the locks re keyed, I called to get an appointment and he came out two hours later, it was awesome! We were a little overwhelmed because we had a ton of keys and we didn't know which key was for what, Russ came out and replaced and re keyed everything so we had one key for all the doors, made my life so much easier. We ended up needing 8 or more new locks, and he got it all done pretty quickly, he even fixed one of the door jams that was painted over for no fee. Highly recommend

Russ will and always take care of his costumers. I have been using him for years now. Great communications, fast, and does a thorough job. If you get a voicemail he will call your right back when he can. Always recommend him to others as well.

Russ was did a great job and would highly recommend! Arrived right on time. Was very cordial, friendly, easy-going and professional. Offered various options before proceeding with job. Worked in a less than ideal environment, but was very patient and courteous throughout the entire process. Best locksmith hands-down in my 42 years.

Excellent communication, I messed up the time, no problem he came out the next day Expert knowledge on mortise lock. Had my locked desk picked in 10 minutes! He's been doing this for over forty years, he has all the right tools and experience I had called another locksmith ( internet) they referred me to crown when I told them my problem.
