Beautiful showroom located in Orlando. They had a lot of high end equipment that you are not able to demo at places like Best Buy. The sales person was not very knowledgeable about the products and didn't seem very interested in making a sale. I ended up spending about 15k at another dealer in the Daytona area.

Have had the pleasure to work with Crowne Audio on two separate projects. Crowne Audio has immense expertise in the AV world and can ensure you purchase the right equipment to not only meet your AV requirements but also your budget. One of our projects was very low budget but Crowne surpassed our expectations despite having to cut some costs along the way. Isaias Rivera was exceptional to work with as we scoped out the project and identified the equipment list. Our installers, Mark and Johnny, were friendly, fun to work with and very meticulous. Their work is very clean down to the cable management and also configure all your equipment for the best possible video and sound quality. The entire team will educate you along the way depending on your level of interest in how everything works. You can't go wrong with Crowne Audio.

I would highly recommend Crowne Audio for all your home theater, security, and stereo needs.  The quality of equipment and the attention to detail really stands out.  Installation and service was exceptional.  Every phone call and service request was promptly handled.

They did a terrific job with the original install.  So good, I had them do some security and low-voltage work at my office.  

Recently, when lightning stuck our house and fried our internet and AV components (by coming in through the coax), Nael came over personally.  ON A SUNDAY!!!  As parents of toddlers, he saved us.  Awesome experience at every turn.

After many frustrating visits to audio stores in north east Florida, I decided to expand my search. I was lucky to find a link to Crowne audio and gave them a call. Isaias answered the phone and patiently answered all my questions. His knowledge and enthusiasm convinced me to take the two hour drive to the Winter Park showroom. I am so glad I did. Not only did he answer my question, he had questions of his own. He wanted to be sure the system I wanted to purchase was the right fit for my room and my tastes. My wife, who I dragged along also enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend Crowne audio for all of your stereo and home theater needs.
