When my phone recently failed, my wife stopped in the Verizon store in Winter part on Orlando Avenue.  Patrick went above and beyond to help us find the phone we wanted as my wife was going out of town and I needed a working phone.  He was so great to my wife, I later stopped in to see him.  He offered to help me with my failed phone and made some phone calls and suggestions to get us going again.  He was willing to help even if he didn't get the sale.  That meant a lot to me.  Thank you Patrick for treating my wife and I like long time customers, even though we just met.  Your approach to customer service is what is missing in so many stores these days.  We will shop your store again.

Joe Meyer at the new Oviedo, FL store went out of his way and even went to another store after hours to make sure I got my new phone before my trip. It is rare to have an employee like him with his commitment to please the customer.  He did an amazing job and is helping you look good by going above and beyond.  Thank you!
