We worked with Allen this morning and had a great experience. He took the time to explain the different types of mattresses to us, encouraged us to try them out, and was not pushy at all. He truly cared that we get the best mattress for us, no matter the price. He was knowledgeable and helped us to pick out an awesome mattress/ foundation set.

I would highly recommend this family run business. The have high quality products (that they make themselves), exceptional customer service, and put a lot of heart into their business. This really set them apart from all of the chain mattress stores that are only in it to get your money. We will definitely be repeat customers. 

*Cool Fact: Though we only needed a standard king bed set, while at Croydon Mattress Factory, we found out that they can also make custom-sized mattresses and box springs on site for boats, RVs, and odd-sized headboards!

Went in to buy a mattress for our youngest. The owners were there and immediately helped us. No pressure just nice conversation. They let her try the mattresses to see what she like best. They were sweet to our kids and helpful to us. A locally owned business that offers Veteran discounts. Shop here before those big box stores. My last mattress purchased with them lasted over 12 years and several moves!

I wish I could give 0 stars! THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF! DO NOT GO HERE! We bought a mattress from them 2 years ago and it has had to be replaced 3 times for the mattress being DEFECTIVE! After the third time we found out the mattress was yet again defective we opted to buy a brand new mattress from another company. When I called Croydon to ask for some sort of refund the man I spoke with was completely rude and yelled at me for the mattress being ruined when they sent someone out from their own company to determine it was indeed defective and nothing we did. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!
