Purchased many things from this store. The quality is good, the prices are better. Several times dealt with Les. He is friendly and understanding. He will find what you need for a price you can afford. The store doesn't feature everything, so be sure to ask for a catalog. Will come back when I need furniture.

Quality is cheap. If your looking for product for about 6 months to a year go for it! Salespeople at particular site are rude even management. There is no customer service department. There is one lady that takes the calls never returns the call you leave on the answering machine. However the Diamond in New Jersey is the total opposite. Friendly professional. They try very hard to fix the problem one of my night table that comes with my bedroom set bubbled up the salesman told me to come in the store to see what he can do. He replacement it. It was a showroom piece however it was better than being dismissed by the Bensalem store!! Once payment is made you are no longer their problem. Delivery is not their problem your dismissed! !!!

Went in on Presidents' Day to buy a mattress and recliner. Purchasing transaction went smooth but never received free gift as advertised. When I came back to pick up 3 days after they told me my items would be in the mattress was not there. Would not offer free delivery for the inconvenience ($49 fee). I cancelled my mattress and will not be purchasing anything from them in the future.
