We have been caring for pets, and the people who love them since 1981. I was so very pleased with my first expereince boarding my dog here!  At my previous boarding kennel, they acted like I was leaving a coat at the dry cleaners.  I had to ask myself, “Do these people even like dogs?”  That is why I was so delighted at the loving reception my dog got at Crozet Vet Care Center.  The facility is clean and new and so convenient for my commute between Crozet and Charlottesville. Highly recommended!

Dr. Schulman has been our goto veterinarian for many years. He is straightforward, thoughtful, and informative about his rationale and disease prognosis. He has served our family through cats and dogs. We had tried to shift to more local vets only to return and endure the drive to crozet because he is the best we have found.

I've been taking my dog here for 6 years. I've always been pleased with the quality of care and staff. The addition of a groomer has been a big plus.

Dr Schulman and his staff are wonderful! I researched many vets in the state of Virginia to find the best care for my boxer. We drove 3 hours each way to get his opinion and treatment suggestions. I was so impressed with his communication skills and ability to explain the process of diagnosing and detail explanations of test results. I felt included in the process. The staff was very caring, polite and accommodating to my needs. It was worth the drive and worth every penny! My only regret is that I cannot keep him for my regular vet because of the distance.

I've been very pleased with Dr. Schulman. I find him quite knowledgeable and compassionate. He was recommended when we adopted our beagle Henry Charles from the SPCA. Henry suffers from PTSD and Dr. Schulman has been wonderful in working with Henry's special needs. Over the years we've lived in several states and visited many vets for our pets and I believe Dr. Schulman is one of the most knowledgeable. Some other reviewers have stated that they found him to be rude. I believe that is a misunderstanding. Dr. Schulman is not a gregarious person and is more reserved, but definitely friendly (especially when you build a relationship over several visits) and he is quite kind with our beloved Henry. In fact, Henry doesn't even mind going to the vet, which is a big plus, considering Henry is rather shy.
