The last time I went here ( about a month ago) they gave us our drinks, then forty five minutes pass I ask about the food and the waitress says oh I forgot to order it. We left.

 Went back this morning. I ordered one egg over medium with crispy bacon my son ordered two eggs over medium and a sausage patty. My bacon was barely cooked my egg white was translucent and my son got bacon (barely cooked) not sausage. I tell the waitress and said we don't want other food made. My son ate his eggs that came out over easy not over medium, I ate a piece of toast.

I did not receive an apology or removal from the bill. I don't see me giving them any more tries. I suggest you don't go either. 

It is a shame we use to love them. 

Fool me once shame on you fool me twice.. You won't get the opportunity to do it again.

I would have considered myself a regular here up until the place changed ownership a month or so ago. Since then I have been back to Cruisers exactly once, and with their new menu I don't expect that I will be back again soon... The new menu saw a ~$2 uptick in prices pretty much across the board while simultaneously being about half the size of their previous spread. For years, Cruisers had always been my go-to for a quick and cheap bite to eat, but unfortunately now it looks like I'll be eating elsewhere.

There have a lot of changes recently. I ordered hand cut fries and I was disappointed. They were too thick and not cooked all the way through.
