I was called at 10:00 am on January 26 2018 by 1 gentleman telling me I was selected to receive  a 3 day 3 night cruise to the Bahamas for $130.00 total for 2 people. I just need to be over 21 and have a credit card. That was port taxes only from what he said. It sounded good and I was interested initially. The person 1 transferred me to person 2. Jade her ID number #25241 - person 2 told me more about what was going on and said someone at the end would confirm everything to confirm the charges to my card. Jade took my contact info and credit card info and than transferred me to person 3. The sales woman # 3 aggressively tried to get me to upgrade for $1130.00 for more time and and extra vacation. I told her i was not interested and she continued her aggressive sales pitch. She tried to get more money for a better room i forgot that figure because it was at that time i googled Royal Seas Cruises and the Better Business Bureau was the first thing to come up. She asked me if i wanted to add that extra stuff to another card or the same card. I told her again I was not interested in anything other than the $130.00 offer and she said she would transfer me to the confirmation person that was person # 4 - That confirmation person was a man and he started to go through my information. I told him immediately I was not interested! DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD!!!  Person # 4 than tried to get person # 3 back on the line. After several attempts calling her name. At least 5 times he called her name and she finally replied and said it was too late my card was already charged i told her I was turning her into my credit card as fraud and cursed her and hung up and called my Visa card fraud support and they said the $130.00 was being pending and would handle it if they are foolish enough to not refund that fraudulent charge. 

I also noticed how EMPTY the ship was in their GALLERY pictures!!!
