I loved  my Vacation! Im Getting Married!

HUGE SCAM! I was not old enough to use the package I bought so instead of a refund they supposedly gave me an "upgraded" package I was old enough for. when I was trying to apply for the vacation no one knew how this package worked except for one guy so I had to spend a month just trying to get it started, after going around in circle I sent in the request form, I got no calls from reservations and the guy who was helping me works three different shift so he either never there when I call or busy. So the date I picked out passed I kept trying to reach them to get a refund, when I finally got ahold of him, he told me I sent in the wrong form when I got the form directly from him. He was basically trying to blame it all on me and not take any responsibility of their mistake, he was very rude and disrespectful. All in all they don't refund you your money after 30 days so if you bought a vacation package from them quickly get it refunded. I implore you there are better vacation package than this one, its not worth the stress when the reservationist doesn't even call you to book your trip, you might as well book your own trip and pay for it when they're going to charge you $2000 more on top of what you paid for the package.

SCAM!!!!!  I receive anywhere from 4-10 calls a day from this company.  I get a different person each time, they are reading from paper that is front of them.  I purchased a marketing vacation package about 10 years ago, I never used it because they wanted another $600 after the $$$ I already gave them.  I just wrote that money off.  Now 10 years later this company is calling me everyday, multiple times a day and I have asked them several time to stop calling me.  Do not use this company they are Scam Artists.

SCAM. After they get their money they will claim the hotel taxes are hundreds of dollars extra so basically it will cost the same amount as if you booked the hotel yourself. When you complain people take your information and say they will call back and they never do. I am disputing the charges with my bank but I do not know if I will win.
