It is a very small bike shop and does not carry a whole lot of inventory, but you can order anything and Mike will work with you to get anything you need. He has a great deal of knowledge and experience. 
I went to Crum 12 years ago and he helped set up a bike for me to fit a size 5'4" body with a 6' body leg length to a bike. No other bike shop could do that all the way from Portland to Dover. I then, moved away for the last 12 years and have returned. The first place I went was to see Mike. He remembered me from 12 years ago! 
I now have a custom bike by Lynsky that fits beautifully (from another shop) that he says he may be getting in his shop. 
In the short time I've been here, he has helped me with all the important little things and is extremely accommodating to make sure you are happy. 
I recommend just popping in, and if anything, having a good conversation with this knowledgeable dude.
