These cookies are simply AMAZING!! I look forward to every Sunday when they post the new cookie flavors for the coming week. I haven't tasted a cookie yet that I didn't love!! This week flavors that I tried was Raspberry Lemonade and Cinnamon Fry bread cookie. The other cookie I have is from last week flavors but I was able to get today is Peanut Butter Ft. Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. I also picked up the Crumbl ice cream which is delish!!
I had to find out what the long line hype was about and never wanted to wait in line in warmer temperatures. Came around 22:00 and there was a line still. About 20 minutes later made our way in and ordered a four pack box with two chocolate chips and asked for recs on other popular faces. I can do without the donut or fruity pebble flavor, too much going on and overly sweet. The chocolate chip is good but not worth waiting in line for 20 minutes as part of the hype. A cookie is a cookie to me.
Staff is always busy working. Didn't get greeted when you come in. You have to order through a tablet on a wall. It was pretty easy. I got the classic cookie with pink icing. It's expensive at almost $5 a cookie. You can buy the packages from 4 cookies up. Its a ittle cheaper. Cookies are big and satisfies my craving. Free parking. No outdoor seating. Not pet friendly.
Came here for my 2nd time in about a month while visiting my mom. It is still delicious. I like how the menu changes weekly but have the chocolate chip and sugar cookie every week. The first time I liked the white chocolate macadamia, pineapple whip and the hazelnut caramel. This time the pumpkin chocolate chip, blueberry cheesecake & the chocolate cookie with peanut butter chips were delicious. So far have not been disappointed. The regular chocolate chip cookie is great too. Give them a try, they may be addictive. Just glad there isn't one super close to where I live or I would be there weekly. The cookies are a bit pricey but they are large so you can share, maybe.
We've been here a few times. The cookies are always delicious. Love how the flavors change weekly.
I've heard so much about this place and seen it online everywhere! I got one just to try , French Toast cookie, if was a pretty big cookie, first impression, almost tasted like a cake and the inside was not dense, it was fluffy , quite delicious and not too overly sweet although of course you'd expect a cookie to be sweet I would defiantly return to try other flavors some other time, although the price is quite expensive at $4.50 a cookie without tax yet, a box of 4 would be $16 I saw
It’s over priced cookies. Since these cookies cost almost as a gallon of gas,the company can provide a luxury experience for customers. The box we got for a single cookie was better quality than most of my Amazon delivery boxes. I am sure that’s not good for the environment and the customer’s wallet. Customer service seems so forced and unnatural that they make Starbucks employees look delightful. This store reminds of the Apple store so much, but this just for cookies. Great cookies, for people who don’t work for their money.
I think they don’t decorate your cookies until you check so it can be a little crazy if they’re busy but I got there the other day right when they opened and everyone was so sweet and the cookies were ready right away. Not all of the flavors appeal to me all the time but I just had to go out and get the raspberry cheesecake one!! It did not disappoint it was amazing. I wish they sold these in like 2 packs bc usually two flavors will catch my eye but our household is fairly small so it takes us some time to scarf 4! These are substantial cookies lol. Definitely a wonderful treat if you’re in the area!
There was nothing amazing about these cookies. I came in thinking I was about to get some giant delicious cookies, but no, nothing like that. I ordered the box of 4, got four different types, and none of them were that good. Oh well.
Tasty cookies and ice cream but the service not so great!
