One of the areas they are experts is in tax preparation for rental properties.  I invested in a condo three years ago and needed some help when it came to taxes.  Rick was the right guy for the job.  Their form you fill out online is very simple yet powerful because it gives all different types of deductions, some of which you may not have been aware of (like mileage to and from the rental).  Contact them if you're in Madison and need a superior tax accountant.

Since I receive a lot of paperwork every year at tax time it's best to work with an accounting firm.  The folks at Crunch Time Tax have been preparing my return for a few years and I have zero complaints.  Whether you sell a bunch of stocks, own a business on the side, or just have a W-2 and are a homeowner they are willing to help. I needed to find a new tax preparation service upon relocating to Madison for employment.  Did a quick online search and liked what i saw on Rick's website.  He's been an outstanding resource ever since we began our working relationship.  There always seems to be changes to my tax situation and whenever I have any questions he is very quick to respond.

We've been using their accounting & tax preparation services since the inception of our business almost three years ago.  It's a relief not having to worry about the books being correct and taxes being filed on time because they are very meticulous.  Rick's a great contact to have in Madison for small businesses because he knows how to save you thousands of dollars year after year.

My taxes used to be pretty simple.  Then I got married, bought a home, had a child, etc. and things started to get pretty tricky.  Too tricky, in fact, for me to handle it myself.  So I decided to search online and came across Rick's website which was well put together.  Decided to fill out the contact form and see what they came back with.  Heard from him within hours!  Answered all of my questions and assured me that they were the right guys for the job.  It was a smart choice because their tax preparation service is outstanding.
