Never will use this business again. Horrible skills, no customer service and complete lack of even basic accounting abilities. In 2012 decided to employ them to handle a simple tax prep. Two years later, the IRS send me a letter saying that the tax information was reported incorrectly. I immediately followed up and requested a meeting with Carl Sorge, who basically told me that they do not make mistakes and I could just drop off the documents. I escalated to his boss/father, Ken Sorge who displayed the same attitude of indifference and disregard for my concerns. My wife had already determined their mistakes, however when I attempted to explain I was dismissed and they blamed the IRS. I continued to push them to fix the issue to which they response with a 3 line letter on plain paper that a 2-year old child could have written better. Please take your business elsewhere, do not trust or believe anything Sorge.
