I'm there daily. Decent location. Clean. Affordable. Only Cons are the hours, drinking fountain is constantly full with a line of people. From 5 to 7 its blasted with people. One squat rack only. No decline bench press. Overall its great if you're just starting out with gyms but if you're out there with a goal in mind, bring your patience.

Great location, nice atmosphere, new equipment, and no hidden fees, can't really ask for more. The best part was how accommodating the staff members were. Marissa, who I worked with was upfront about all the charges and she even went out of her way to find all the promotions that was going on at the time to help me get the best deal possible. They also make it really easy to for you to cancel and doesn't make you jump through all the hoops unlike some other gyms cough cough.... They definitely have my business for indefinite future.

I love it here. Nicest staff you can ask for. Clean, lots of machines and weights. Good combination of commercial gym and hardcore gym, something for everyone here. Trainers aren't pushy either.

The staff is friendly and non-judgmental, the set up is nice with great floor space to do individual exercises, the 3:30pm-5pm isn't too crowded, and the equipment is always clean. I've heard ladies in the locker room talking about the lack of a full length mirror- I agree!! I go to work sometimes after the gym and would love to check my outfit before I go!

UPDATE: pricing has gone up. $10 for basic membership, $20 for gym and classes but now you have to pay $25/month for gym, classes & tanning. Still reasonably priced. Clean, open, friendly gym.
