Not horrible, but not great, either. My first visit was fine, I had to wait maybe 20-30 minutes, and then a couple more once I was in an exam room. I was seeing Dr. Giraud, an ENT (otolaryngology) for a partially blocked ear, which she suctioned out. I was then scheduled for two back-to-back appointments a week or two later, for a hearing test and then to see her to get the results. Didn't have to wait as long that time, and the test was clearly explained, as were the results. Today, however, I was in the building for maybe five minutes total, and it wouldn't have even been that long if I hadn't had to wait for the elevator. I'd barely sat down in the waiting room when I got called back, and then fifteen seconds after the nurse had left me in the exam room Dr. Giraud was knocking on the door. My problem was a recurring whooshing noise in my ear with my head at certain angles, and being able to hear my pulse on that side much of the time, but because everything looked fine in both ears, my hearing is fine, and there was no pain involved, she declared that there was nothing to be done, and I'd just have to wait for it to pass on its own. I have a good history of speaking up for myself and making sure my questions are answered with doctors, so I triple-checked that it wasn't something she could remedy. She wasn't exactly talking over me or interrupting, but the whole thing felt very rushed. I'll probably see my GP about this problem next, and won't be going back to Crystal Run, I don't think. Also, the point many other reviewers had about the parking lot and parking space size was dead-on accurate, I hadn't really noticed it the other times, but especially when people can't be bothered to park straight, the spaces are a pretty tight fit. Not the best place, overall, and it does seem like they got too big too fast.

A very new and clean medical building with an excellent ambulatory surgical center on the lowest level (go around the building from the Ballard Rd lot entrance to find the ASC.) Another fine addition to the list of Crystal Run Healthcare facilities.

Pain management department is all about getting the maximum number of patients through the door. Both the doctors and nurses are not very empathetic about what is is like to live with chronic, debilitating pain. I was a patient there for 18 months without any improvement, just plenty of waiting; procedures, prescriptions and follow up visits. Now I travel all the way to West Chester Medical Center for pain management. My primary care doctor is at Crystal Run and he is the BEST. I wish I could rate him alone - he is a 5 star doctor.

I've been to an office in this building twice and twice my doctor was late. The first time DR. Yeon was over an hour late to work. Today I was told I wouldn't be seen until a minimum of 45 min after my scheduled appointment time and I was 10 min early. Today I got fed up and left and I will not be going back to this office. My time is valuable and I have a job to be at. I don't have hours to wait around for people. Idk what the problem is but you have lost my business because you cannot do what your supposed to do when your supposed to do it.

I don't even know where to start. At 20 weeks the maternal fetal specialist misdiagnosed my baby and told me she didn't have a part of her brain, later I learned you can't tell for sure with an ultrasound I specifically asked if she was sure... She said yes. Later on I heard horrific things about this woman from other people. I thought it was just a fluke and I kept my apps with the OBGYN's at Crystal Run. The woman that delivered my baby kept me in labor for 23 hours with meconium (baby poop) on my water, she said it was the right way to proceed. Later on, I made a research and every single OBGYN told me that was unusual since they always suggest c-sections way before. Regardless I was high risk all my pregnancy and she showed up in my room 2 times during the whole ordeal. I developed a terrible infection and my baby almost died... Maybe other practices are fine or I had the bad luck to encountered the worst possible medical care in the world in this place. Never again... I'll stay as far away as possible from here!!!
