This place really deserves no stars. They're all about getting you out the door as quickly as you can. They don't explain what theyre doing and ask very general and vague questions. Most of the doctors have thick accents which makes it more difficult to get answers or understand. It made me more stressed and concerned especially when they told me my problem wasn't urgent enough for them to do anything. Meanwhile I still couldn't resume normal living after I left there.

Went in to see doctor Osofsky for a rash on my face. I had told him which cream that I used to help with it which a friend had given me with their child having similar issue. The doctor told me that cream was not meant for the face even though it helped me and I know two other people using it successfully on their face and it's prescribed to them. He prescribed me a "better cream" which turned out to be hydrocortisone which they sell over the counter. It obviously didn't work and now he won't give me anything else unless I come back to see him. What a scam artist!!!! I'm out about $75 between the appointment and the script and now have to wait another 3-4 weeks for another appointment with a more qualified doctor that I have to pay for!!!! Would not use Dr. Osofsky!

I've lived in area over 30 yrs. Crystal Run is the worst thing that has happened. Gobbled up all private practices. It's so impersonal and has turned into big business. God forbid you want doctor to call you back about medication and treatment concerns. Good luck developing a patient-doctor relationship. Good luck even seeing the same doctor again due to overbooked schedule. Physicals are a joke. My list is too long. The medical industry should be ashamed. Stay as healthy as you can... Or move.

Regrettably, I had to place one star in an effort to proceed with a rating, but honestly, Crystal Run Healthcare deserves a zero rating. Beware...the building is modern but inside reveals rude staff members who demonstrate a lack of professionalism and empathy. They are also incompetent. It is appalling that such individuals work in a health care facility. Some of the doctors are also rude and dishonest. They lack integrity. The wait times to be called to an examination room are long and the hold times on the telephone for appointments are even longer. They book several patients for the same hour. The staff are known to discard items that are waiting to be tested. I also had to call several times to have a prescription refilled. I could report so much more. Overall, it is truly a nightmare at Crystal Run Healthcare. Their ratings are low. The outlook in the community is "Don't go there". I am in agreement with this. I should have done more research before going to Crystal Run Healthcare. Don't go there!

I did a sleep study 4 months ago. I still have not heard back from the doctor about the study. I call to speak to the doctor several times however, after waiting over 30 minutes on hold I just had to hang up. Now I have to wait another year to get approval for another study. These people just don't care. I hope they don't treat their family members the same way.
