My first couple visits went well. I had a concussion and the doctor/NP was supposed to call me and never did, making me return for a "visit" I was in the office for a total of 2 minutes and charged me $140. They threaten to send me to collection for not paying my remainder of my bill of $38.53 and charged me $15 late fee. The office manager is only in the business to make money not help patients. I have paid my balance, getting my records and not returning. Definitely feel like they are in the business to make money not help patients.

I give Dr. Compton 5 stars she is truly an amazing doctor, but her office manager Grant is horrific and condescending. He is the worst office manager I have come across in my life and I'm a medical commercial property manager. It's a shame such a wonderful doctor has this man as her office manager she needs to know and understand what he is doing to her practice.

Anew Family Care located in Greenwood Village has failed to reconcile my account with them for services rendered in January 2017. My insurance company paid for my office visit back in March and the check was cashed by Anew Family Care. A copy of the cancelled check has been faxed their office multiple times and the insurance company has made several attempts to follow up to ensure this has been resolved, as so have I, but the office manager there (Grant Langham) does not respond to any of insurance company's attempts to contact him to resolve this issue and only responds to me to tell me it's my responsibility to ensure payment has been made and threatens to send me to collections and charge me additional fees due to lack of payment. It has come to my attention via social media that I am not the only patient of Anew Family Care that has had such an experience dealing with Grant Langham, which leads me to believe that he/the office is attempting to commit insurance fraud or scam individual patients out of money.

Dr. Compton is so friendly and so is her PA, Jessica. I am so glad that I found such an amazing office overall!

I am absolutely appalled by the way that I was just treated by the office manager at this office. I have been going to Dr. Compton for over five years. The front desk ladies are always amazing and I feel sad for them working with the office manager. I was just asked to pay my office visit charge in full from a previous visit with my insurance company a erroneously did not pay. I got it resolved with my insurance company and the reference number you provided to this office manager to verify that the claim would be paid and deposited into their bank account within 10 to 15 business days. He continued to require that I pay for the visit or not be seen for my current scheduled appointment - causing me a NO SHOW FEE. He said it was a business and then tries to compare this situation to going to a restaurant, not paying for food, and expecting continued service. Yeah... not the same thing but nice try. Being condescending is no way to operate a business. I let them know I was in no position to pay a bill that would also be paid by my insurance company and then await a refund whenever they got around to it. I will not be back and that is a true disappointment because I value the great doctors and assistants at that office.
