I was at the deli waiting to be assisted last evening.  I waited maybe 2 minutes when the gal working back there asked her co-worker, ANDREW, if he would assist me.  Andrew literally said to her, "No", and walked into the back room.  A minute later he came out, grabbed a sandwich he was going to purchase (for his break?) and proceeded to talk to a co-worker for another several minutes as I continued to wait there.  Why anyone would hire this boy and keep him employed is beyond me.  It is nothing more than laziness and he gives this Cub a poor reputation.  I was appalled at the lack of customer value he showed.

Don't use their delivery service it's a joke. Many other delivery services available that don't have glitchy interfaces,  continuous replacements with items that aren't acceptable or don't make sense, and you're  not really doing business with Cub anyways, it's an entirely separate company called Instacart that doesn't offer Cub specials. Awful.

I love the workers, especially over nights. A new produce guy, incredible. Looking for the Aussie apples they had before. He even went and cut a sample for me. OMG! Sadly  they no longer carry them. As of my last visit, 2 days ago they cut 5 of my favorite  products at Plymouth Vicksburg.  The CUB in Eden Prairie still carries... Even if you request, it is like speaking to deaf ears and no follow up. I was told management  is cutting back.

Product demonstration would help, but none. Ball Park has a white Turkey breastmeat, smoked hot dogs, to die for. I asked for a year, they finally got them in. I wasn't  notified  so went elsewhere, when I found out I only was able to get 4 packages and then gone again. Part of the issue was no one knew about them! Never a product demonstration.  

Lastly they carry new products, like the Oreo small Mint Fudge cookie treats in small bags. Loved them, but now no more, can't  find them and staff say we cut products. Becoming more like only a convenience store instead of grocery.  I am having to go to Lunds/ Byerly for one of my items and when I  can Eden Prairie  CUB.

Ever thought of a neighborhood advisement group for sales, marketing support??🗣🤗

I use to be able to go to this stores deli department and leave pleased with my purchases. For the last month I have been disappointed each time I go. They are continuously selling dry and old chicken. Whether it is fried or grilled. Each time I ask is there any fresh chicken coming out I am told, "This is fresh". Latest incident was on today. The grill chicken was so dry it was hard and crispy to the touch. I couldn't even eat it, it was so dry. Waste of money. Very disappointed...
