I'd highly suggest shopping the coupons otherwise it can get pretty expensive relatively quick. Overal a quite clean environment and helpful staff. I am only giving it 4 stars because the checkout lanes are ALWAYS understaffed.

It was one of my first times going to cub right after school. It was really hot out so my friends and I decided to get a cold drink. We go inside, go to the register where all the cold pops are, and a middle aged woman who works at this cub comes up to us and yells at us saying "From now on when you come here after school you need to leave your backpacks outside, got it?!". We werent even in there for 2 minutes and I had a horrible experience. I didnt catch her name because she caught us so off gaurd, and she stomped away after yelling at us. Never coming back here again.

The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the cashier (Janis - with the tattoos) turned out to be the sweetest lady on earth. 
Other than that, I walked around the store for 20 minutes (I may be over exaggerating, but it was certainly longer than it should have been) for some ladyfingers to make tiramisu. I approached a worker who walked away from me when I was getting closer. And then I asked around the customer service desk and was told "they should be in isle 10". 
Well, after looking at isle 10, I couldn't find them and I just wanted a straight yes or no answer so i'd stop wasting my time searching. 
So I called the store (while I was in the store) and let the lady know the situation and she transferred me to a guy, so I told him the same story, and he hung up on me! 
Seriously Cub Foods? How hard is it to help out a customer?
Janis apologized for my crappy experience and successfully made me smile even though I was ready to throw a giant fit - but I think HyVee will be my primary grocery store from now on.

Cub Foods on Hanson and Northdale Blvd is my hometown favorite. I always have a great shopping experience when I'm there. All the employees are nice and always helpful.

Very clean, super nice cashier.  Had everything I needed.  Not crowded at 6:30 pm, no waiting in line.
