They have outdated information and their customer service is incapable of helping you in any way. It's unfortunate that they're the ones who provide the travel card if you're taking American Airlines.

Nothing to do with the country if Cuba.  They are out if California but you can buy visas there.  More expensive than if you buy direct from airlines.

He ido en varias ocaciones buscando respuestas a interrogantes que he tenido y siempre he salido satisfecho, hoy hice trámites de habilitación y prórroga, me atendió la señorita Mercy, su trato fue excelente y el ambiente es super agradable, lo recomiendo 100%
