The charter plane, Swift, very old outdated, was delayed in departing, late and delayed bringing luggage out. Agency uses a transportation service that took 3 1/2 hours to get to hotel, only one hour travel...arrived at hotel at 7:30pm, entire day lost. No water, nothing on that ride, very upsetting. Last ones to drop off, first ones to pick up on way to airport, same thing, 3 and half hours.they should only charge for 6 days, not 8. Charter planes should be on time, vacation has to be paid 2 months prior, customers are treated like cattle

The worst company to travel with.The worst customer service EVER.
The owner of this agency doesn't care for the clients. Once you've paid your trip they don't inform you on anything relating your trip. I highly DON'T recommend anyone to travel with this agency.

The  airline  that  they  uses  is  horrible   the  plain is  old  and  smell  bad, (world  Atlantic  airline   now  they were  people  including  me  that  had  the   same  plain sit   , so  we  were  standing  until  every one  was  onboard , and  they  gave  us  the  sit  that  were  empty    ,  horrible  experience  .
