I have to give CubeSmart  Self Storage an A++ rating.  What a wonderful clean and welcoming organization.  From the moment my wife and I walked in we were greeted with a very warm welcome and a great smile from "Tracey Henley".  It was very nice because we had a horrendous.  Nevertheless, Ms. Henley had a fantastic attitude and should be commended on her customer service skills.  My wife and I really enjoyed talking to her and her professionalism was off the charts.  Please hire more people like Ms. Tracey Henley.  I have been a professional for many years and I know a gem when I encounter one and that is definitely what our experience have been with Tracey Henley and CubeSmart.  Keep up the great job Ms. Tracey we really appreciate your time and efforts.

Renting a unit was very easy.  I reserved it online and got a call within hours to confirm. The day before my appointment,  I got a reminder call to make sure I was still interested. 

When I got there, Tiffany was very friendly and helpful, she showed me my unit, took me to practice entering my door code and gave me all the info I needed.

The facility is also very clean and easy and to navigate. They also have two carts that you can use when you unload your stuff so you can roll it to your unit.

Overall, very impressed.

I rented out three storage lockers this summer and i couldn't have been more pleased.  First, the online discounts caught my attention.  Comparing to other companies, they had the best prices around Oak Forest.  Secondly, everyone was courteous and helpful.  Their customer service was exceptional.  Thank you Danielle Curtis for taking the time to help me find the right storage lockers for my move. Lastly, the building was clean, secure and air conditioned.

Customer service I received was outstanding.  The process was quick and easy and the manager (Dannie) was very professional.  I was very impressed.  I will definitely refer others.

Wonderful staff, especiall Danielle Curtiss. Very organized and clean.  Calls and inquiries always answered quick and accurately.  Just wish there were more push carts available.
