Was approached by staff promply, however unfortunately, by contract, I was supposed to drop off the RV at the Markham location, so they sent me there instead and refused to accept it at their location. The Markham location had only 2 female employees who were busy, so I had to wait for almost 30 min to get serviced, and when I finally backed up my vehicle, one of the female employees told me they don't have the tools to disconnect the RV, but the Canterbury location does. Eventually, two of them were able to disconnect it without any tools. Too bad that the Canterbury location sent me there knowing that the girls would have to disconnect the RV without any tools. When I called the Canterbury location regarding this issue, they hung up on me.

Easy in and out to access storage any time. Staff not super friendly,  but knowledge and efficient
