We arrived very tired from a long trip but Mike was very pleasant and helpful.  We appreciated his patience and quiet, efficient manner.  The entire grounds and storage areas were very well kept and very clean.

Jessica did an excellent job. She told me about all of the available units she had and the insurance options and then showed me the unit sizes I wanted. Very professional and courteous.

The facility is clean and smells great. The clerk was cordial and frank. 

Pros: I did like that you can reserve a storage and speed the process up online before you come in to the main office. I did like that the first month was free, the catch is that there is a administration fee and you also have to purchase insurance (cheapest is about $10 with about a $2,000 coverage) or provide a letter from your insurance company showing that outside storage is covered on your policy. 

Cons: I do not like that there isn't 24 hour access unless you pay an extra $15/mth. I feel like that should be included since there are camerasome on the premises. I also did not like that a lock wasn't provided to you. The good locks can be purchased in the main office for an extra $15 as well.

We are very pleased with the service we have received from Jessica at CubeSmart.  She was helpful and patient as we went back-and-forth on what size unit we needed and the cost of monthly rent is affordable and fair.  The whole establishment is very clean and well maintained.
