Well they finally did get a new gate. Price has went up a bit since I 1st been there and honestly it's a little high. Sometimes there is no one in the office

Use to enjoy doing business with them. But for the last 2 or 3 months I have knoticed that the main gate has been left open at night time hours. Also I was charged for a late fee even though I am on auto pay. The lady at the office said that there was an error on their end and I wasn't notified earlier because they was in the the proses of hiring someone new and they were short staffed. When asking about the fee I was told that the next month should be cheaper to cover the late fee that I didn't deserve. However I still had a full rental payment the following month. Now as of today, I have been standing outside the main gate for over 2 hours trying to get in to park my car. I am a truck driver and this is where I park my car when I get I  the road. Now I am late for work and there is no one to get In contact with. Would not recommend and I am done with this place!

I really love this company. The staff is very curitous and friendly. The management staff is also, good to work with. I would recommend them to all I know in need of a storage facility. The rates are reasonable and the location is convienent. I am still a tenant here and will be until I move into a bigger house; of which will be no time soon!!! Thanks you guys for all you do!!!
