My experience could not have gone better! I got caught up in traffic and arrived very late. Simone was incredible! She was patient and warm and helped me with everything despite the fact that I showed up almost at closing. She stayed and let me finish up even though they had closed and I could not be more pleased or grateful for how wonderfully everything was handles and with the caliber of the customer service!

I have used this place for years. It's clean and exactly what you would expect a storage facility to be. I wish the hours were longer but I really like the staff. They are always kind and helpful. In the past I have used cheaper places like istore green, but ultimately the time saved by paying a little more for better service and availability is absolutely worth it!

Excellent experience here! I was helped by Simone who was absolutely perfect at helping me with everything I needed for my move. She gave me all options of sizes, showed me different spaces, and called the 2-hour free moving service to make a reservation on my behalf. She was professional and knowledgeable about all facets of the moving process and I feel so lucky to have been helped by her. Great service! I'm actually excited to move!
