Wow!  I promise never to step into another United States Post Office  as long as Balloon Mail exist.  No long lines, No Bad Attitudes, No Uncertainty About Your Package Location.

Balloon Mail has become my Go-To postal service provider, so I'm there several times a month. Lisa is consistently knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and accurate - and she always has GREAT energy! She's a real pleasure to deal with, and this 'new and improved' postal outlet is a welcome addition to the neighborhood - SOOO much better than the Fulton St P.O.

Such a great experience. The owner is lovely, and it was a one-stop-shop to print and ship a bunch of things from my to-do list. So much better than going to the post office.
