The staff is always welcoming and helpful. My mother has been storing here for years and Kevin and Debra went the extra mile last summer to facilitate moving her two cubes into one. This year I got my own Cube and there was an issue with some things left in a bin that I was being shown, Kevin got it broom swept and ready for later that day and even called to make sure it all went smooth the next day. The only complaint I have is that the rent is so high and goes up every year, but I know that's a corporate thing, and if I move out for that, I would happily come back later. **Update: Just closed two units and consolidated into one smaller, they didn't have one nearby, but called me when they did and I am now saving a lot of $$ each month.

Nicest people I’ve ever met! Stayed and waited for me to get there to after hours to sign paperwork and help me through the process of renting a unit! Very easy going and excellent coaches - Highly recommend. Talk to Mary or John

I have worked with Karen on two different rentals in the last two months. Karen has made this very difficult transition in my life more palatable because of her willingness to help no matter what, her desire and caring nature and her complete understanding of my situation. She went out of her way to ensure I was taken care of. She is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, patient, understanding, considerate and looking out for my best interest. You have a customer for life because of Karen. What a blessing!!!
