Miss Barbara and Mr Jim are extremely sweet people. The really on top of their game. The prices are a bit High here but that has nothing to do with the staff. It's an excellent, beautiful, temperature controlled facility. There's cameras everywhere and I feel like my stuff is safe.

The manager Barbara at store #0741 is OUTSTANDING. She made me feel at home with her friendliness and efficient effort to ensure I’d have everything needed to move in properly. She went above and beyond in her customer service skills! It’s not only her demeanor but her specific “know how” of the location/units/promotions that are the main reasons why I’ll be referring others to this exact Cube Smart location. I am thoroughly impressed with this experience and every single time I visit my unit. She truly cares and takes pride in all she does! Thank you Ms. Barbara and Thank you Cube Smart for having such a wonderful manager at this newly opened site! Keep up the exceptional work.

Great location. Great front office staff. My unit was clean and ready to go when I got there and the sign in process was fast and easy. Thanks guys!

The staff at my location on Davis Blvd in Southlake is terrific. They are attentive, helpful and keep the facilities clean at all times. I feel comfortable in leaving valuable personal property in my storage unit here.
