Nice facility but buyer beware. Ask lots of questions. Bring your own lock. They only sell 17.99 locks that stores sell for 11.69 I needed a small storage space for a week or two and saw the deal 1st month free. I didn't care because I only needed a week or two. I was told pay for 1st month and the 2nd month was free use it how you like. I then received a bill for the 2nd month. Called customer service and was told I paid a 24.00 administration fee, a mandatory 12.00 insurance fee, and the 17.99 lock and I owed the 2nd month b/c the 1st month was free. I have no idea why the employee totally lied to me it's really weird. Well c/s was very nice and I was told the unit was canceled for me. I then drove over and took out the of no value items out of the unit and the employee asked me if I gave written notice I was vacating. Of course I said wow another thing that wasn't explained to me. )-: Again ask lots of questions.

The managers and staff are top notch! Friendly, secure, caring, and accommodating that best describes this CubeSmart. They treated me and my family with kindness and also kept their facility very clean. I'd recommend them to anyone including my family who will be using them again very soon. FYI their loading/unloading area is very convenient and can accommodate a 54' semi tractor trailer which in my case was crucial. Also they have 12x25 units on the ground level that are climate control which a lot of facilities lack.

I'm so very happy I decided to stay within the CubeSmart family.  I relocated to this location because they  had the bigger unit I needed.  From the moment I made contact with Managers Jesus "Nick" Sanchez and Bryan Ramos I was equally impressed at the level of professional service I have been accustomed to with CubeSmart.  

Nick was very curteous and went out of his way to ensure all of my questions were answered.  Although it was approaching closing time I never felt pressured or rushed.

 Although the monthly price was a little more than I originally budgeted to pay, after the seeing the cleanliness of the location, professionalism of staff and the "customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance" attitude I decided to stick with CubeSmart! I feel confident knowing my valuables will be safe and well-kept.

Thank you Nick and Bryan for making my move into the new unit a smooth one! You guys are the best! I wish I could give you 10 stars!!!

Excellent customer service. The CubeSmart associate Nick did an outstanding job in providing every detail for the storage unit. He also went out of his way to make sure that we received the best offer for the unit. Nick was charming, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable during our meeting. Thank you for all your help.

Great storage facility. Everything is super clean, affordable, and staff is amazing. Nick is an awesome guy. Pointed me in the right direction for everything with unit size, location, price, etc. Overall, A+ experience. The man needs a raise because he knows every face who walks through that door and has a great experience with everyone it seems.
