WORST customer service and the RUDEST employees EVER! I was charged $39.95 for a $14.95 trailer and and a $10 appliance dolly. The rude girl who works there did NOT ask me if I want insurance just sold it to me anyway. Also lied to me about what rentals she had. When i went in the lot there were all different size trailers. She was also mad she had to "start over" to add the dolly to my order. The first trailer she rented me had a broken tow light adapter when I went back inside to switch trailers for the one i wanted in the first place I was charged again and also not asked a second time if we wanted insurance or not. That's a total of $75.95 for a trailer rental!!!!!!! When I confronted the BOY about me NOT wanting insurance he wrote "does not want safe coverage" and scribbled his name on the contract but still was NOT refunded anything! In fact when I went to return the trailer and dolly there were two other customers who were also overcharged and we're charged for insurance not wanted. Then the RUDE girl said "you all signed for insurance" We all didn't sign for sh**.!!! Then she has the balls to say I took the insurance and used it and returned the trailer. BEFORE I DROVE OFF THE LOT I SAID NO INSURANCE!!!! I learned they make a commission off Safe Tow insurance that's why they lie to the public!

These guys did a complete overhaul in terms of staffing. Brandon helped us out big time! Everyone at the counter was also very friendly. Good to see such a great turnaround here after years of terrible service.
