We are so very happy with the service provided at Cube Smart and especially with the General Manager, Terry Rokosh. Terry treats us like family whenever we stop by. He always calls us by name and offers all the help he can. We would recommend this facility to everyone who needs some space to store all their extras. Terry will make sure you're happy!

Everything from reserving a unit, to finally renting a unit was Top Shelf. Both the manager and general manager treated me like royalty. They described the different sizes that I was interested in, and took me to see the units. They were all clean and had easy access. They searched the web finding all of the deals that "corporate" was giving and passed the savings on to me. The unit I decided on is the perfect solution for my needs with the perfect management staff available for any needs I may have. My Thanks to Terry and Sade for making this a very pleasant experience.

Great experience. My son is a college student at FGCU. I made the arrangements over the phone and when he arrived to store his items for summer break, Terrance was very helpful. I appreciate you looking out for my son since I could not be there in person.

Very happy with the service at Cube Smart in Bonita Springs, FL 34134. Helpful and always have positive additude! This is not the 1st time I have used Cube Smart. And if in the future I would need their storage services, I would again use Cube Smart in Bonita Springs. Thank you Terry Rokosh and staff. Elizabeth M Gibson
