All the staff there are excellent (and have angelic patience for some of the most obnoxious customers I've ever had the pleasure of overhearing). They know everything about their business, are up front and transparent about process & costs, and are exceptionally helpful. The facilities are very clean, and there are always more than enough large hand carts available. A small box truck that drives like a van and fits down all the tiny Boston/Cambridge/Somerville roads is available for a very small fee, and is in excellent condition.

I waited to write this review until I had finished my storage rental, just in case closing everything out had obstacles, but just as with everything else here, the staff were very straightforward and made it easy. No gimmicks here.

I couldn't have been happier with my experience with CubeSmart. It absolutely exceeded my expectations.

I am a previous cube smart Tewkesbury MA customer, I loved them so much I recommended my mother use the location close to her when she sold her home, so today upon my arrival at the Stoneham location, woman was helping me ... her co worker walked through the door ... and she says i f'ing hate her ... really ... then these 2 other appaling women walk in and start barking out fees and locks and insurance, telling us our rates can go up at any time with no notice , my family and I are 100% discusted with there appearance, attitude, body, and foul language... if my truck was not loaded and here with the help I needed to move I would turn around and go someplace elese.... needless to say we will not store here longer than 30 days .... so dissapointed

Too greed.... not a/c in the summer so I felt suffocated while moving my things. They said it was climate controled but I don't think so Other than that good customer service and excellent location.

Pro's: security, clean, and quiet.
Bars: expensive, you have to enter the code everytime you get in the elevator. If you hire movers,tack on atleast an hour and a half due to elevator.
