This place is so awesome! Kristina is so nice and kind. Walked in a stranger and left with a new friend. The property is clean and well taking care of. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a clean , safe and friendly place to rent. Thank you Kristina for making my move fun and easy.

We have had multiple large storage units over several years and have worked closely with the management at those sites. We could not have easily moved in and out of those units without the cooperation and sometimes physical help of the personnel. Our great thanks go out to all, with some of whom we have established continuing friendships that are highly valued. If we should need a place to stow our possessions again, we will return to Extra Space Storage and recommend it to our friends and acquaintances.

Great experience storing things at this location. Nick helped us on several occasions, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We only stayed a few months, but we were treated (especially by Nick) as though we were one of their most important customers. If we need storage again, we know where we will be going...

I love the Extra Space in Saugus! It is extra clean, and the staff is always helpful! I changed units a few times due to my storage needs, and they were accomidating every time. Thanks Kristina!!

I couldn't be happier with this place. The idea of paying money for my own stuff is absurd. This place is the best. Kristina & Nick are the best. It is well run, super clean , amazing service and safe. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.
