I've been a customer of this location for years and have always been well served. When I needed to upsize the friendly managers were very helpful, and when I needed to downsize they got me into a smaller unit just as quickly and just as graciously. Even when I had to move out a month early they were more than understanding and helped me get my refund I had paid for the month I didn't use. I recommend these dear folks (Diane(?) and company) for managers of the year and this place to anyone at all who needs storage.

I reserved a space online and received a call back from Diane the next morning. When I arrived to sign the forms, Diane had everything ready. The process was quick and efficient with superb customer service. The premises are secure, clean and easily accessible.  It was such a great experience!

Great experience.  Very helpful.  Easy to get in and out.  They called me after noticing my unit was empty to make sure that I didn't need it anymore.. closed my account for me.  Very easy and love that I didn't have to call them.

I have rented space at 4300 Interstate Blvd, Loves Park, Illinois for 2 years. Managers Diane Novello and Rudy Novello have been wonderful. The are professional, helpful, and personal. I have had a very positive experience renting from them, and I highly recommend them and their facility.

This is a great facility. Not sure about the prices as someone else rents the unit. Very clean. They take great care of it.
