I am happy to report that my experience with the "Cube Smart" storage facility was nothing but positive. We rented a truck and a storage locker , both were clean and ready for use. The  employees were very good to work with.

This has been the worst experience of our move. Due to family issues the receptionist was almost an hour late to work while our moving van and crew waited the hour while the clock was ticking. Then I found out the quoted price was not what we were going to pay after the truck was half unloaded. No help at all from manager and district manager. Would not recommend/

We chose this particular cubesmart bc it was brand new and climate controlled.  We stored 2 couches along with an entertainment center and other items for 3 months.  When we went to pick them up the exact day we needed them, our unit, which was on the outside wall, had suffered extensive water damaged for quite some time.  It was long enough that our couches were molded, bugs were present and everything was ruined.  We took pictures and the worker was nice and provided us with the insurance information as we had an insurance policy on our items. I called the following week to request our 3 months of rent back and was passed to the local Cubesmart District VP.  He told me my request to be refunded my 3 months of rent was too much to ask as my insurance policy should be paid in full due to the completely unusable conditions of my furniture. My policy was for $2000.  However, I only received 73% of that $2000.  I was misled that I would get the full $2000 and that was why he refused to refund me the 3 months of rent. I spent several hours shopping for new furniture to meet strict size requirements.  My furniture was relatively new and not to mention loved bc of it's comfort.  I will never again store anything.  Period.  The money I lost with work looking for new furniture and also the time I had to take bc I had to travel back to that area to deliver my new purchases was not accounted for at all.  And to think that Cubesmart would not refund me ~ $300 after completing ruining my furniture is disappointing.  Basically they skip all responsibility and pass it to the insurance company which is not going to give you the full value of your furniture.  How a company can ruin all your furniture and not even refund the rent is unacceptable.  Had walk around been done, the water leak on the side wall would have easily been spotted and possible saved my furniture.  I'm out time, money and the pain of leave time from work to find new pieces.  Very disappointed in the District VP's response.

Very nice, new and clean facility. The staff were extremely accommodating and really helped us with our need for storing our household items.  They took the time to make sure we had exactly what we thought we would need.  We were very comfortable with our final decision and knew we could make changes if needed once our movers arrived with our things if we needed additional space. Thank you for your help and professionalism.  We would definitely recommend this establishment.
