Beware! Penske may not have what you reserved at the time you requested. We were fortunate. The customer after us was not. We arrived when the office opened and waited while the associate made a few phone calls. After getting no answer from her manager and other local offices, she explained that the size truck we reserved 5 days earlier was not available because the one on the lot was for local use only. There was a smaller truck that was available for out of town use. While we tried to determine if we could get by with the smaller truck (making phone calls and taking measurements), the manage called and approved the local truck for out of town use. This left one truck on the lot; the associate had shared that 5 rentals were scheduled for that day. Another customer came in and was told she would need to go to another location to get the truck she wanted and then return to get the towing dolly. She had reserved hers the week before! We will need to rent another truck in a few months, and this has me wondering if I can trust Penske to honor my reservation.

Had a wonderful experience on Monday at CubeSmart ! A very personable lady named Jackie G. took care of all our needs. She even offered us a cold drink and wanted to be sure we were taken care of. She gave excellent customer service and would be an asset to any business.
