I never thought much about customer service at a storage facility - until I met the management team at CubeSmart.  I just let them know my storage needs and they figure out how best to find a solution.  Done.  Great team; incredibly nice facility; and, customer service beyond expectations.  Best decision I have made since moving to PTC.

I cannot adequately express how amazing the women at Cubesmart on Dividend are! They are kind, patient, accommodating, and pleasant to work with. This location offers a truck rental when you rent a storage unit and we needed to take advantage of that at the last minute. The ladies there made the process painless and then when it rained all day and we were late returning, they remained positive and professional when I honestly expected them to be angry and demanding. They made our crappy day a little better with their smiles, lighthearted attitudes, and willingness to help. I cannot say Thank You enough. We rented a second unit from them and will go out of our way to do business with them in the future should we ever need to.

Everything was exactly as described when I booked a site online to park my travel trailer.  The signup process at the office was quick and easy.  The facility looks clean and the security is top notch.

Valerie and her crew at CubeSmart on Dividend drive in Peachtree City are the Best! They have been so supportive in accommodating out storage needs. 
We started out with a climate controlled unit and after a year or two decided that we could use two large regular units instead. Valerie supplied us with two units that are on the end of a building and has perfect access to our equipment! Time after time Valerie has met our requests professionally and timely. Thanks for all you do.
