Was stuck in traffic, called 5 minutes before close. Melissa answered and said she would stay late so I could rent a unit. She referred me to a local mover, Scott Crowell, and his team were able to get our stuff moved that night! Great organization and great people at cubesmart!

Horrible!!! I was robbed and they had no surveillance and were total a holes about it. Had nothing to contribute to the investigation. Don’t use them.

Very pleasant experience and good rates.  The online price of move-in cost and subsequent monthly fee does not include charge for insurance coverage which is mandatory - for me it was an $12.00 per month. A bit deceptive.
