The staff are always friendly except one. I don't know if he is a manager but he goes and checks the units with a clip board. He is really rude. Every time I encounter him he makes me feel uncomfortable and I have to leave. They need better management that is respectful and courteous to all customers.

Misrepresented themselves. Lost my reservation... Then miss quoted... And did not honor the quote that I was given over the phone. Do not recommend them.

Stefani and the folks at Cube Smart were very helpful, efficient and kind. They did all they could to find the right place for me. It is a great facility- clean and good pricing. Thank you Stefani and the others at Cube Smart Riverside.

Not only did they raise the monthly storage charges we found rat droppings on all our stuff. When we reported this issue they said another costumer brought the rats in and they are now kicked out, but as far as our stuff they didn't want to do anything about reimbursing us. We had to get clothes cleaned and some of our sports memorabilia got chewed threw. We're taking a loss and they can't even discount the bill. What am I paying for every month? Rodents control should fall directly on them. I thought I was paying for a clean storage space. Not a rat infested box. I'm not happy with the service they're providing.

Had my locked trailer broken into here. The criminals had to cut through the metal assembly which prob to the better part of an hour, then damaged the car inside. Not even a sorry from cube smart. Update: Staff, although not helpful, nice and understanding. I have updated security on my trailer and placed it back in storage. If it happens again, shame on me.
