I wish I could write a review only on the driver, The two stars are for SAM, he was AWESOME!!!!!!! He rescued a bit of the bad taste I have from dealing with this company. 

I was charged a full second month of storage because they "could not pick up the container" on the dates I had picked up. So they finally came to pick up the container 6 days after my original date and now they are refusing to provide a full refund, claiming that it is my fault that they did not pick up the container. 

The billing cycle started on the 21st of the month. I had requested pickup on the 22nd, got a text indicating that 22nd was not available, then they gave me a date for the 25, with another email stating that pickup was not available until the 27th, so now I have to pay for their unavailability.... not fair, something makes me think that all the changes in date are another way for the to scam people out of extra money. If you can avoid this company, please do for the sake of your money

Misrepresented their charges and over charged for services. When I asked about it I got an answer of too bad that’s the way it is. Use uhaul instead

PODS is the way to go when moving! It was so easy.  Just a phone call to get details and make the deal. We found them to be easy to work with, helpful and their price was right. You have the convenience of both packing and unpacking your PODS container at your own pace.  Should we ever have to move again, we will certainly use PODS!!

Clean facility, ample space, convenient amenities.

We were very happy. It is the second time we have used PODS to more our stuff almost 1000 miles. I wasn't very good backing it and still nothing was broken either time.
