I won't go into any detail regarding my case, however, Bob Hemphill was who worked on it with me. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say, he was very kind and made sure I understood each part of the process, since I had obviously never dealt with anything like it before. He gave me great guidance, made me feel very comfortable at all times, and was always honest with me. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I have worked personally with Kim Cullen and Bob Hemphill on multiple legal cases. Both are skilled attorneys dedicated to their clients and cases. My law practice involves wrongful death/minor settlement cases and we have represented many clients together. I find both of them to be committed, diligent, and caring in each client's case.

As a former (and should anything arise, future) client of Cullen & Hemphill, PLC I must inform anyone that is seeking legal counsel, that this is the office retain!! Their staff is simply amazing! I was not allowed to feel like a client, but more of family member. Their dedication to the individual simply makes the long and stressful legal process bearable. Kim is truley an honorable man and took the time to break down our position at all times, and he truly held my best interest at heart. From day one Kim and his staff gave me the pro's and cons and hit the ground running. During the process, there were no surprises as he kept me informed of all possible outcomes. When the defense pushed, Kim pushed back twice as hard. So if you are worried about the "toughness" of this office, please believe me, they are as tough as it comes. Being that I probably had one of the worst cases to have from a buisness standpoint for the firm they still fought hard me, and I will always appreciate that!!! Additionally Emely is awesome!!!!! If there are any doubts or questions schedule a sit down and I promise you will walk away understanding the above statements. A comment will never convey enough about this firm. Take care of yourself by retaining Cullen & Hemphill, PLC to take care of your legal matter. You will not regret it!!!!
