I am a 63 year old woman who had never needed an attorney before. I was nervous and afraid, my attorney Geoff Moore was always very professional but what was so outstanding about this young man, he was very kind and genuinely caring. Enduring the loss of a child is something no parent should every have to face. Our 22 year old son was killed in an accident caused by another driver’s reckless and careless behavior. We were referred to The Maher Law Firm who agreed to take our case and we found ourselves among the best of the best- from the receptionist, the paralegals, the lawyers and the countless others who helped with our case. We were kept informed every step of the way. They were understanding, compassionate and always available to answer any questions. I felt as though we didn't just hire a law firm, but a wonderful group of people whose professionalism & caring helped us through the most tragic & difficult time in our lives. I would, without hesitation, recommend this law firm to anyone and they would be the first I would call again in a heartbeat. I am truly grateful to have had them represent us when we needed someone the most.

My wife was involved in a car accident in which her head hit the windshield. Upon arrival at the hospital, We were told that she was able to go home and if we had any further issues that we could return to the hospital. The next day, she was in a coma with a cerebral hemorrhage requiring emergency surgery. The Maher Law Firm was called and they began their investigation immediately. The attorneys, paralegals, staff and investigators acted quickly and were very helpful, and informative throughout the legal process. The Maher Law Firm provided excellent advice when it came to settlement of her claim and by listening to their advice, she is secure for the rest of her life. I highly recommend this law firm. To this day, we have remained in contact with the attorney and paralegal who handled my case- We consider them friends for life.
