This business offers outstanding service. The staff are friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable . You come away feeling like a million bucks. After having treatment my friends noticed the difference and offered positive compliments about my skin and said that it was glowing without me even telling them about my visit I am very pleased at the results. I would recommend Cultura highly.

My skin was beyond terrible from self-inflicted problems. To say the least, I was and am very sensitive to the topic as it has been years in making it better. No improvement can be seen if you don't have the commitment, time, and yes, money to make it progress. But progress it has done. I am less self-conscious and that is directly related to the observable, demonstrative improvement that has occurred with my skin. The staff are sensitive, professional, supportive and experts in their respective fields. I feel like we are on the same team to win this battle. I couldn't thank them enough.

Amanda was my technician and I can't recommend her highly enough. She was ultra-professional, made sure I knew everything there was to know about laser hair removal (this was my first time) and kept me aware of progress throughout the process (I had three sessions). She worked quickly and efficiently - I was usually in and out within 30 minutes. She made me feel very comfortable and had an excellent "bedside manner." The office was always courteous and flexible with my schedule, even accommodating a last-minute reschedule when I was sick. As far as the treatment itself, it's a piece of cake if you've been waxing for years like i had. I'm very pleased with the results so far and I will definitely go back to Beam if I decide to have more laser removal done in the future.

Horrible, Traumatizing experience. I went to Cultura for intense hyper pigmentation. At first I arrived and felt welcomed, everyone was nice, Dr. Battle was sweet and told me a little of his history and family history. Originally I thought he would take care of my problem but he sent me to one of his assistants to help me decide what I wanted to do about the problem. One of the technicians recommended I get laser hair removal which would reduce the hyper pigmentation (don't see why this was relevant when they could've done a treatment just to lighten up the area, clearly they wanted the money). She also recommended I use the complexion cream. I went ahead and did the laser hair removal (which by the way, missed several spots, there were random hair patches later on) she burned me, IT HURT, really bad I almost cried. I ended up having blisters for about 3 days and it was extremely painful to walk. I ended up having scars she said "would fade away" but in reality did not. She didn't seem to care about the problem. The complexion cream burned my skin as well, it left redness and swelled up the skin. By the way, the complexion cream has an active ingredient of hydroquinone which can lighten up skin but in the future will make it darker so beware and do your research on it. I ended up telling her I didn't want to continue the Laser Hair Removal. She said it was fine. Now I have even more hyper pigmentation, on top of that ugly scars. This was a total rip off, and honestly Im traumatized to ever get laser treatment else where for other body parts. If you choose to go here for the laser hair removal make sure they don't burn you and that they get all the areas. If you go here for hyper pigmentation, don't because they seemed to not have a solution for the problem anyway.

Although Dr. Battle was very professional, I will not be returning to this practice. I met and spoke with Dr. Battle for about 5 minutes about my skin problems. He gave me a few recommendations on what they could do for me, then he sent me off with one of his assistants to another room so the assistant could view my problem areas and give her recommendations as well. Fyi, this also seems to be the point where they try to sell you one of their products. Anyways, the assistent was some lady with short red hair and she was very rude! Her tone was very demeaning and she seemed uninterested about any of my concerns. The whole time she kept reiterating to me how expensive the procedures were as if I couldn't afford it. I don't know her upbringing or who raised her to act that way, but she needs a serious attitude adjustment! Aside from her horrible attitude, she rushed through my entire consultation, unlike Dr. Battle who was very patient with me when I spoke with him at the beginning of the appointment. Anyways I just thought I would share my experience. I will be going to another dermatologist for further treatment and spending my money elsewhere. I hope Dr. Battle has a serious one on one with that woman, people like her are never good for a business. Before leaving, I bought their complexion blending cream. The cream comes in a very small bottle, so it does not last long. It did not work for me, so I definitely would not recommend using it if you have any larger areas with discoloration.
