I went early Sunday morning and ordered a triple sourdough melt. I get home and find what supposed to be a triple looks like a double with not even a half a patty as a third patty. I called up the restaurant and no one answered then I called again and finally got someone. I explained my situation and the young man apologized and put me on hold. I ended up speaking with the gentleman who made my order and he was adamant that my order was made correctly. He explained that because it's a smash burger that the patties are thinner. While I understand that smash burgers patties are indeed thinner the so-called third Patty looked like a piece of discarded beef that was fried up and added to my order as a Patty. He offered For me to return to the restaurant so he could remake my order. I declined because if my order was made right the first time I wouldn't have to go through the ordeal of going back to the restaurant. I strongly Suggest to anyone, check your order before leaving because you could end up in the same situation!
Their custard is made fresh everyday and is delicious. I had a negative experience happen to me a could of days ago. Maybe because of the area and/or because of the late hour but I was almost accosted by some guys who were parked in the parking lot. They seemed to be waiting for an employee to get off work, but they followed me almost to Jewel trying to jump me. Just be careful. Still great food tho.
Love it here. Great burgers and fries. Everything is pretty much cooked to order so there is always a wait for my food. But the food comes fresh and good. I don’t like having to pay for condiments like bar b que sauce. My favorite is lemon ice season. It really should be available year round.Food: 4/5
Used the drive-thru, ordered and had one car in front of me. Apparently, the person in the car in front of me was friends with the people who work there and wouldn't leave the windowgo inside if you want to say hi, and I wound up leaving without my order. Love Culver's they are so amazing for supporting those who suffer from a disability or mental illness with employment. This chain of restaurants is always clean and courteous. They can be a bit pricey, so beware when ordering as your meal can rack up in cost. Overall, if you got the cash, then it's well worth it with quality food.
Asked for all my burgers to be well done! Got home and bit into this! Disgusting! I threw up! I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager Darius. He didn’t give any empathy and wasn’t apologetic at all. Just to bring the burgers back to get them replaced or a refund. It’s first matter I actually but into it and threw up. It doesn’t matter that I made it all the way home and wasn’t expecting to come back out this evening! Nothing for the inconvenience and this sick feeling of knowing what I just digested. I specifically asked for all burgers to be WELL DONE!!!! I won’t be eating a burger for a while especially from this place!

Culver's butter burger meals are a treat in themselves. Single bacon cheeseburger comes with standard with lettuce, tomatoes, pickle, onions, ketchup and mustard. No need to upgrade like other chains. The flavor is all in the meat. Great crinkle cut fries are crisp and chewy with the right amount of salt. Medium fountain drinks are endless, and we'll carbonated. Kids meals come with choice of burger, cheeseburger, chicken strips or corn dog. Kids wanted the butter burgers and they did not disappoint. Same toppings offered without an upcharge. Kids meals also come with choice of milk or apple juice and a cup of Culver's frozen custard in chocolate or vanilla. Would definitely visit this Culver's again to go. Features: No masks required at the moment.
Have visited this Culver's plenty of times with no problems. But tonight was an off night, perhaps because it was close to closing time? They charged me for a double cheeseburger, but didn't put it in the bag. My sundaes melted while I waited in the car for them to make the cheeseburger. Got home and one part of my patty melt was so thin, I could see through it. To make it worse, it had a PIECE of a onion on it and the bread was barely toasted. Some of my fries were slightly burned also. Called the store when I got home to report my disappointment regarding my food and experience tonight. Manager offered to replace the patty melts and sundaes on my next visit, which I'm grateful for. Lesson learned. I won't visit close to quitting time ever again. For a meal for my family that costs almost $46.00, I expect more.
Went through the drive thru and they provided excellent service. From taking my order to handing me my food. This location is always top notch & I always have a pleasant experience each time I come to this particular place.Food: 5/5
